Ding Xuanming, male, a member of the Communist Party of China, Ph.D. in Engineering, a professor and doctoral supervisor, has been selected for the national top-tier talent program. His achievements include two Second Prizes of the National Award for Technological Invention, one Second Prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award, and eight provincial- and ministerial-level science and technology awards.

    He also holds several concurrent positions, including Council Member of the China Civil Engineering Society, Standing Committee Member of the Branch of Architectural Vibration, China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization, Standing Council Member of the Environmental Geotechnical Engineering Branch of the Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering, and Standing Committee Member of the Geotechnical Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Reduction Committee of the Seismological Society of China.

    As the Vice President for Academic Affairs at Hunan Institute of Engineering, he is responsible for the Discipline Development and Reform Office. He also assists in managing the Research Management Office (Journal Press) and the Graduate School (Graduate Student Affairs Office). Additionally, he liaises with the School of smart Construction and Energy Engineering, the School of Future Technology, and the School of Design and Art.
